Home Base: Fall Apartment Interior

Happy Friday! I wanted to change it up with today’s post by showing you guys the current interior of my studio apartment.

The fall season always gets me excited to change up the home decor in slight ways, aiming for a cozier and warmer atmosphere that makes staying in that much more enjoyable!

Shop each space of my apartment by room, along with some similar style pieces I’ve selected that pull together this cozy fall vibe. With simple alterations and additions, my once bright and white decor has taken a turn towards achieving that winter warmth environment.

If you didn’t catch my latest post sharing these faux fur pillows & throw from Pottery Barn, then here’s your chance to embrace the ultra coziness that makes up my current bedding scene. Simply adding/draping these pieces have given my bed more of a wintery-feel, not to mention the gray ombre matches with my already present color scheme.

My bedside table hosts the most serene scent that greets me every morning and wishes me goodnight every evening. Reed diffusers often get a harsh review because so often they fail to be detected by the nose.

But the Champagne Black Label diffuser, along with this candle, from Antica Farmacista has proven to be the most delightful and detected scent in my bedroom space. Not to mention the packaging is super classy in black/gold.

Can you spot my impromptu model in the above shot? Manny loves sitting on this hexagon end table I scored a few months back – although the exact style is no longer available, there happens to be a a few similar ones available to get the same look!

I’ve also updated my rug scenario to this burlap one from Target, adding to the warmth of the newfound interior vibe. This cowhide rug was originally in my closet but I’m loving it as the statement rug in the middle of this new rug.

Remember my past post with Minted Home featuring these amazing wall art additions? These frames are the perfect size and color for each of the walls I chose to hang them on. I’ve been trying to stick to a more black/white and green gallery and super happy with the artwork I’ve added to my collection.

Another Minted Home assortment of wall art and shelving makes up my office space, along with a great writer’s desk I scored from Target as well!

I haven’t done much to this space since posting it last time but the shelving has a few more trinkets and tchotchkes now for added color & shape on the shelves.

Target does it again! This time with an entry way table that matches everything else in my furniture department. The narrow table makes opening my main door still accessible; able to open it wide enough to move all the rest of my furniture inside!

The two framed artwork pieces are from Society 6 this time, but still coordinate with the other wall art pieces in my studio.

With a studio apartment comes limited closet and storage space. Cue the garment racks! I’m lucky to have a mini dressing room that leads into my bathroom, complete with a door that separates the space from the rest of my apartment.

The garment rack featured in my living space is from Maverick Industrial and is probably my favorite piece of furniture that I own – the durability is superb, clearly seen by the amount of clothing I have hanging from it!

Inside my dressing room is another garment rack, built a little wider and allows for larger bins of storage both above and below. I found this particular rack at The Container Store, as well as the shoe racks I have stacked on the bottom.

My bathroom isn’t anything special and I’m still in the works of making it a bit classier and on the white interior side. But I wanted to share this amazing find, again from Target, that covers the unsightly litter box of Mr. Manny the cat.

Giving him the perfect kitty outhouse has also given me more storage/counter space in my tiny bathroom – ideal for any studio or small apartment space that could use any additional room.

I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the reed diffuser from Nest that sits right on top of it. I’ve never been so impressed with a scent that makes the most qualified room smell like Cedar Wood and Lavender ALL THE TIME. It truly has been such a blessing…
