With structured pieces there comes room to take it easy. In my opinion, taking advantage of the simplicity that comes with a basic tee is something I lean towards when “taking it easy” with my outfit choices. What’s better than pairing up with a soft tee? Possibly the addition of sneakers but we’ll cross that bridge another time (punny, I know.)

This envelope skort was one of the best investments I made a few years back because of the versatility that comes with its wear. I can structure it head to toe with a higher fitting top but on days like this where a tee suffices, it still looks just as good.

Now instead of sneakers, and in light of the summer season which is officially here, a pair of lace-up espadrilles is a better solution to my footwear. Plus, when espadrilles come in a color like this with a price tag that fits my personal shopping bill, how could I resist?
