Sorry for another outfit of me holding this Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew (my Starbucks summer go-to) but sometimes you just gotta keep sipping that caffeine. I’m really excited to be sharing this look with you guys because 1) I put it together without trying it on first – totally winged it, and 2) these denim paperbag shorts have been the best thing that ever happened to me & my credit card.

When it comes to these shorts, all my expectations are met (& that’s saying A LOT.) They’re high-waisted and hit WAY above the belly button, yet don’t ride up my behind or lady parts. Why? Because of the dynamite length in the leg! Plus, having shorts that hit this high allows me to pair it with a lace bralette acting as a crop top. I added the blazer to make it look more complete & casual-meets-corporate but if it were another 90 degree day, I’d 86 it and proudly go full bralette.
