Yup.  I bought this dress MAINLY because I needed some shopping TLC, but I’ve actually admired this Urban Outfitters find for a while.  It was just never available in my size, until now!  The cut out below the collar line gives the simple dress a focal point that may get some appreciation.  This was an almost impulse buy, but since it was on sale, the guilt factor is not heightened enough to lose sleep over. #YOLO
