Considering sweaters with built-in choker necklines were all the rage this fall/winter, why wouldn’t the fad carry into Spring? Along with everyone’s obsession with detailed sleeves, I think I found the perfect blouse that defines both trends in one garment. Not to mention makes a great transitional statement piece that spruces up any pair of jeans.
