Hello from the other side…of the East River. I woke up at sunrise to capture most of this week’s looks from DUMBO and couldn’t be more in love with this side of town. It’s a blogger’s paradise for photos! Whoops..there’s an [intentional] blogging tip for ya #You’reWelcome.

 Some days call for the simplest of outfits that mix casual with athleisure. In this case, the casual comes from my ripped jeans and the athleisure statement is made in the baseball hat.

An autumn-colored trench like this was perfect for the chilly morning that turned into a beautiful 68 degrees F. Focusing my attention to detail in a stud belt and plaid sneaks (hint hint fall) gave this neutral look the kick it needed to look “less basic” for my taste.
