When 76 degrees rolls in, I celebrate with cardigans, stripes, denim, & top knots.
Although refreshing, I tend to get chilly quickly, despite the still warm temperatures. In this case, I’ll add a light-weight cardigan to the daily tank & shorts combo. With the grey & orange stripe concept, any cardigan other than a toned down neutral would get too busy. I like how the two warmer tones of oatmeal & heather grey blend together & make me feel cozy.
I chose a darker brown, semi studded belt to give my neutral palette an approachable boldness. A top knot keeps my neck cool when the temps do rise, and also allows my casually basic outfit to have a little more room to be seen, rather than covered around the shoulders.
