Well it’s official – I’ve fallen victim to the Shacket (i.e. Shirt Jacket) trend taking over Fall/Winter 2020. And guess what? I’m not mad about it – even my wallet is happy with this recent purchase!

There are definitely a handful of styles/price points out there & I honestly see this trend returning for a couple years. It’s probably something that’s been around for a while, we just didn’t know what to call it other than a “Boyfriend Flannel” with slightly thicker material durable for an outer layer. Like Eddie Bauer & L.L.Bean no doubt have been making these for years! But now they actually have taken shape, figuratively & quite literally with styles made for women’s angles + curves.
