Anything that poses like a skirt while secretly revealing itself to be a short is my outfit partner-in-crime. With the impending spring/summer temperatures coming in full swing, it’s time to show a little leg and forget the worry of showing more with a light breeze. I lost count of how many girls have flashed me and other sidewalk-ers when a gust of air catches that playful spring dress, so not having to worry about keeping my “skirt” tame is a stress reliever.
I’m not much of a floral person, but when the colors are edgy and blend in my favor I’m open to consideration. The mix of purple with black and geometric shapes on the flowers make this more interesting of a piece and surprisingly, leave a lot of options for colors to pair on top. The trick is to pull a color from any print and wearing it as a solid either above or below your focal garment. Shop similar below:
