When it comes to mixing prints that are far from similar, I tend to believe there’s a blurred line to the art of making them work together in one outfit. By using a black, solid leather mini skirt as some sort of a barrier, the two prints of stripes and florals balance each other out – with a focus on the red color in both pieces. Although I don’t feel like I pulled this particular outfit off 100%, this is a concept idea I can experiment with when I hit a future moment of outfit-block.
