Although I’m not often in the position that calls for a business casual ensemble, I still love putting together looks that help to inspire those of you who are! Looking & feeling like a #bossbabe doesn’t mean you have to dress in head-to-toe black, especially with each day warming up slowly throughout the season. You can easily incorporate a pop of color as subtle or as bold as you’d like; what matters is the fit & form of the pieces worn.
A high-waisted pant with stretch is a Godsend, especially when they fit right at the ankle naturally. With a pant like this, you have the option to pair them with either a fitted or loose knit up top – it all depends on what you feel comfortable in most.
Love the look but think it’s too “fitted” for the work place? Consider the addition of an oversized, boyfriend blazer over your shoulders for the same look in the front, with some added length + coverage where it counts in the back.
High waist pants are my favorite.

ME TOO GIRL! High-waisted for life!! xx
Even though I love the classy business style I completely agree with you that it doesn’t have to be black from head to toe and I love colour so much I could never not add a pop of colour to an outfit. I love those red trousers, they’re gorgeous and paired with that striped top looks amazing.
I love color!! Head to toe black is chic for sure, but there’s nothing better to show your personality than pops of color! xx
I just love that bright pop of color! It’s so fun 🙂
Thank you Cristina!! xx
