As I suffered from insomnia last night, I put together a rather bold look for a night that requires going all out, for personal or party reasons alike.  This cheetah tank (Forever 21) paired with firetruck red leggings and black pumps (Bakers) is definitely loud in color & print, but for sure to make you noticeable.
