Christmas Cocktail Recipe with Patrón

Nothing gets you in a holiday party mood more than a signature cocktail for the occasion! Although I’m not a huge liquor drinker, I like to treat myself to a festive beverage during this special time of year simply because of the flavors!

In an effort to concoct the perfect blend of seasonal tastes into a Christmas cocktail, I’ve partnered up with Patrón to share a recipe I’m very proud of & plan to serve to friends & family this weekend!

METHOD

– Crush several mini candy canes in Ziploc bag & then pour contents into serving dish

– Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker & shake with ice to chill
– Strain into stemless cocktail glass

Patrón Tequila is raising the bar this season of gift giving and holiday entertaining with the introduction of this year’s Patrón Silver One-Liter Limited Edition Bottle!

Instead of a salt rim, I crushed several mini candy canes in a Ziploc bag, gently wet the rim of the glass, & dipped it into the peppermint for a sweeter, more seasonal approach. Plus, I find it adds to the overall presentation!

From gifting, to mixing-and-matching simply perfect cocktails this season, Patrón has the holidays covered. The Patrón Cocktail Lab, a library of hundreds of versatile cocktail recipes developed by Patrón’s mixology team in collaboration with talented bartenders around the world, uses an interactive interface to tailor recommendations to each visitor to the site.
