Wearing: Anthropologie button down – similar | Forever 21 leggings – similar | Aldo sandals

Disclaimer: the obvious repetition of my downward facing-face is due to an early morning. What I’ve decided to wear actually made it out as a casual night look before I decided to tone it down for class. My only changes: pulled my hair into a top knot, swapped my heels for sandals and my handbag for a backpack. A button down substitutes for a blazer quite nicely, and is more comfortable, in my opinion. And if you haven’t heard (because I had no idea until last night), emerald is the pantone color of the season. Although these are not technically emerald, the use of a dark-forest, hunter green in my pants felt trendy and fall appropriate.
