The all-white uniform is an every season occurrence for me; whenever I have doubts in outfit decisions, dressing above and below the belt in my safety color has always been a positive choice for the time being. Every color pairs up with this blank canvas hue but there’s no better combination than navy & white – better yet, there’s no better color to sport a pattern with other than white..well maybe denim.
Another favorite of mine? Sneakers. It’s hard not to walk into a store, designer or fast-fashion, without seeing a pair of slip-ons or flat laced kicks on display. Personally, I’m someone who would volunteer to sport this style of shoe for any occasion and surprisingly, it’s becoming appropriate for more upscale venues (i.e. Fashion Week around the globe.)
Long story short: when dressed head-to-ankle in solids, get personal with a patterned sneaker that reflects your style or current mood. Sometimes basic can get too basic and we need a kick to remind us of the pairing potential the spring season encourages. Shop similar below:
