Tonight’s mock black tie ensemble strings together a white chiffon top with black accents, black jeggings, and tan lace-up booties (thank you Forever 21 for the outfit & Love Culture for the kicks).  I’m starting to love the casual tuxedo look on everyday tops.  Forever21 has a ton of blouses using this concept for Spring.
