Navy Illusion

IMG_5964IMG_5954IMG_6001IMG_5949IMG_5982IMG_6014IMG_6023Details:  AG jeans | navy top | (gifted) Pink Basis bag flats | (gifted) Vera Bradley phone case

From a distance this top appears solid with fades. With closer examination, you can see the tiny checks that make up this shirt’s pattern. There’s something unique about pieces that can trick your eye and offer something admirable in a whole new way. At least for me, experimenting with a collared, sleeveless top is a new approach to my fall wardrobe. Needless to say I’m happy with how comfortable yet put together this look appears.

With navy and blush comes another incorporation using shades of “beige.” Although this bag can be categorized as camel or borderline dark mustard, I love how the color pops against the muted color of these jeans. The appreciation I have for a comfortable pointed-toe flat – yes in a light beige color – is hard to match. What’s better than a shoe that goes with pretty much everything, am I right!?
