Denim that has more to offer is something I’ve found myself drawn to recently. I have so many “basic” sweaters (aka neutral colors) that often need a standup piece to accompany them when putting an outfit together, well at least that’s how I’ve been feeling recently.

Pearl embellished jeans are becoming super prominent in the denim department and honestly I’ve always wanted a pair for myself yet didn’t pull the trigger. So when I got the chance to sport this pearly pair I was over the moon! I love how they’re slightly high-waisted and give off the appearance of a girlfriend fit – such a great and unique touch, and a nice change from my overwhelming (and sometimes suffocating) collection of skinny jeans!
