I’m a sucker for relaxed fits, denim, and oversized pieces of outerwear – all of which I can pair up with anything. So naturally, most of my wardrobe is in the neutral department. However, most of my bags are ones that can speak for themselves for that very reason.

A statement bag is timeless in the sense that it can make any neutral outfit pop. What I like the most about this particular red-handed pair up is how the bright and bold color of this tote makes the muted garnet stripes of my top stand out.

I also can’t help but feel a bit nautical with this ensemble, seeing that this was shot right at the beach and has me dreaming of spring & summer weather. Anyone else eager for a season change!?
