I’m mentally done with coats – like bye see you in 11 months, done. But unfortunately Mother Nature is still testing our limits and as one of many who endured the longest, coldest winter ever in NYC, she’s playing with fire..Nonetheless, this is when a cape serves as the perfect outerwear addition to any outfit chosen to be worn on a brisk Spring day.
