Considering we still have six more weeks of winter to enjoy (yeah right), I figure a great lead-in outfit for those transitioning days coming up would be this combo – layered sweater over a dress. Paired with kicks, this look is the most casual and comfortable version of a “dressed-up” outfit – see what I did there?

I suggest this ensemble for someone wanting to be comfortable running errands, naturally, but feeling the pressure to wear something other than jeans. I know I know, jeans are fantastic but wearing them over and over…and over…again can get tiring. With a pair of tights, this look can be made more approachable for wear during these 10 degree temps now – I just clearly enjoy the pain of winter and opted for that au-naturel effect… Lolz. Shop similar below:
