Wanna know my favorite part about spring? The blooming cherry blossom trees. You only get one real week of them in full force but man, are they stunning. So when I was casually driving around town last weekend during a brief trip home to New Jersey, I passed this street and was instantly drawn into the color. And here’s the ironic thing: I strongly dislike the color pink! Yet I can’t get enough or take my eyes off these trees – naturally I needed to squeeze in a shoot pronto.

Even though pink isn’t in my color palette of choice, that doesn’t mean I’m opposed to it entirely. In fact finding alternatives to the feminine hue is a fun challenge, which is why this jumpsuit fits the bill perfectly. I’ve had it for exactly a year and love how reliable it’s been for me – especially when I need the perfect look last minute! And the ultimate bag to pair it up with? This perfect blend of edgy meets floral feminine in crossbody form.
