The colors beige and close variations to nude have taken over my neutral closet territory, and I’m definitely not mad about it. There’s something about the hue that evokes a sense of calm when seen by the naked eye and in a way, comes off as approachable to all.
Now when it comes to a beige dress with billowy sleeves and tiny white embroidery…don’t get me started on this obsession. Lord & Taylor really gets the concept of finding that hidden gem within a brand – seeing that this dress is Free People, you’d think it could be found in their direct stores right? No ma’am. Half of my purchases from the past, now and definitely in the future have been Lord & Taylor finds because I’ll most likely find something no one else in my immediate circle will already own. Definitely worth browsing if you feel the need to break away from the copy-cat dressers.

LET’S TAKE A MOMENT TO ADDRESS A NEW FUN ADDITION TO MY WEEKLY ROUTINE, SHALL WE..?
#ToBeBeats
To Be Bright will be concluding each post with a select song chosen to represent the look/vibe above.
In short, a new song recommendation Monday – Friday just because. Reading these posts would be better with music anyway, right?
Enjoy babes.

Such a cute dress – I find Free People so hit or miss with their fit, but this is definitely a hit!
