Yes it’s true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but when my eyes look in the mirror, I like to see healthy skin & tamed hair post the “I Woke Up Like This” selfie. Therefore, it’s important to pick & stick to your morning regiment for the most noticeable results. Trust me, I get bored real quick and love trying new things (which I do) but once I see something working in my favor I stick to it. That’s why I’d like to introduce you to my Summer Glam Squad for skincare and hair management.

My summer would be spent on the beach 24/7 if time permitted but because I’m stuck indoors 5 days a week, I like to pretend I still get color with the James Read Express Glow Mask Body. I get quick results that leaves me looking bronze (not orange) and my skin stays happy without the UV exposure. And although my skin has been brutally beaten up by the sun this summer already, using the Verso Day Cream & Dark Spot Fix has tremendously helped with the sun damage and overall hydration of my skin.

Humidity isn’t my hair’s BFF and contrary to popular belief – it’s pretty wavy in natural form. However, I love wearing it straight because when it stays wavy, it’s unruly and wild just like Mufasa. Thankfully, Unite Lazer Straight has helped it stay down and remain shiny (not waxy) while not feeling heavy which is a huge plus. And the best part? You can apply it to damp or dry hair! Talk about a win!
