Details: H&M teddy coat – similar / printed blouse – similar / cropped trousers – similar ∙ (g) UGG Australia sneaks

Accidentally dressed from head to ankle in H&M for today’s post but these colors work so beautifully together it was hard not to blog about this color block match. I’m not one to experiment with prints too often, rather stick to the neutral basics. However I’ve become increasingly concerned with my lack of “work-to-after-hours tops” that I needed to find anything that didn’t look like the plain-jane top worn the day before. While I was at it, I came across a pair of white cropped trousers I needed three months ago for my summer evening soirees – needless to say I made it work in my favor despite being late to the party with it.

Matching my navy suede sneaks to my top wasn’t exactly planned but I really wanted to find an excuse to wear these kicks with those cropped trousers. Personally, I think the color white makes everything it’s paired with stand out to the best of its ability – how generous of white to share the spotlight. That being said, this teddy coat of my dreams not only looks great against the lighter hue but it’s so damn comfy that I’ve already fallen asleep wearing it while sitting on my couch… Shop similar below:
