OUTFIT DETAILS:

Did you know overalls can come in the form of a dress? Until I laid eyes on this camel corduroy piece I never considered the style for myself. I think its due to the association of seeing “overalls” as a casual jumpsuit with holes for each leg. Glad this color convinced me otherwise.

Camel colors remind me of the fall season best, particularly because this neutral serves as the perfect canvas for dark & other autumn tones to bounce off of. The tricolor combination of white, tan, and black is one of my favorites to incorporate, so the addition of a fringe tie-on belt not only stands out against the corduroy color but it also defines my waist and gives the overall piece a bit more shape.

To break up the neutral conformity, a fun pair of wine-colored suede booties gives it a pop of color it definitely needs. Plus, it’s a great tone for the season and one I’m absolutely loving at the moment!
