I have this theory that every Forever 21 is different and that Target will never disappoint you unless you shop with purpose. Not the best of advice with that last theory, but think honestly to yourselves and reassess the last time you went to Target and found something you needed right then and there. Unless I’ve been there, scoped the area and purchased my beauty and food products which are clearly always available, I don’t consider Target as my go-to place unless I needed some retail therapy for personal and understandable reasons. Nonetheless, I can guarantee when I don’t have a shopping plan that I end up leaving the store with a remarkable find, like this bomber jacket scored on-sale. Oh and when it comes to Forever 21, a girl could get lost in there if not prepared for the endless variety.
