If you’re like me, you need a good mix of pump-up jams to keep motivation & energy high before and during workouts – especially at 6am. I’m not someone who makes curated playlists made of 20 or less songs; I add everything to 1 of the 3 playlists I have, & yes I blame it on my music ADD.
