Casual, comfy and cheap are the three C’s to describe this outfit. I’ve scouted that Urban sale rack again — the whole 70%-off Summer’s Last Sale promo sold me — and left with several goodies including a pair of Animal House-inspired runner shorts.
In this case and on another 90 degree day, less is everything more. Although I have to admit, even a bikini wouldn’t be cool enough to wear without submerging into a body of water. Shop similar below:
