Finishing the week with a pair of hunter green velvet flares I’m beyond obsessed with. In my effort to experiment my pant style outside the comfort zone of skinnies, these are very much on the opposite side of the spectrum. Nonetheless the concept behind flares is a great excuse to sport higher heels and visually elongate the limbs, which can also be achieved with a mid-rise to high-waisted fit. Tucking in my tees makes me feel tidier and more structured, even in the most casual of denim/pant looks. Plus, last week was my boyish version of casual Friday and I figured this week I’d end the 5-day work week relaxed yet strong and a bit more together. Shop similar below:
