Okay guys this is an all-time new one for the blog – polka dots AND pink? Maybe my style’s changing but I’m feeling very free to experiment with my flexibility these days. Plus it doesn’t hurt to see some particular pieces be worn by notorious street-edgy bloggers and it work in their style’s favor. Hence this romper making its bold but so worthy appearance today.
The cut of this playsuit is what really drew my attention initially, as well as seeing how great it paired up with simple slides once I was fed up with the overdone sandal of choice. You can only wear so many gladiator versions of footwear in a week – but trust me, it looks great with it as well. I was just looking for something different and found satisfaction in my favorite slide loafer these days.

Matching up prints that are so opposite the scale made to be a fun and positive experience that I’m definitely going forward with my future pair-ups. The blue and metallic tweed of this bag tied into the simple dots of this romper with the transitional balance of a metallic belt.
Personally, I added the skinny belt for the romper to appear more fitted at my waist but love how it picked up on the tiny metallic detail of the bag. You never know what you can get with an outfit until you experiment with trial & error.

That romper is so cute! I feel like pairing it with gladiators would have been the obvious choice, so I’m glad you went outside the box with the loafer slides! Amazing look
