With summer around the corner but spring chills still in the air, making use of the modern “windbreaker” as outerwear has been a fun wardrobe addition. You also can’t compete with embroidered detail that ups the basic to badass. Stripes are about to get bigger and bolder as the months go by so I’m starting out subtle with the end goal of wider, more apparent lines to be seen mid-August – maybe sooner.

Incorporating the beach in my accessories is a great reminder of home, because even the weeks in the city can feel super long when home is only a short 30 minutes away by boat. This amazing, lightweight wooden watch reflects the airiness of driftwood while at the same time a sand dollar around my neck keeps The Shore closer to my heart.
