Who remembers going to the gym or a workout class? It feels like it’s been a year to me yet it’s only Day 10 of quarantine.. This time of indoor solitude is surely passing on the slower end. Although I’ve been working from home for three years, practically practicing social distancing unintentionally and mastering the art of working from home, going to the gym or a class used to be my “escape” from the workplace that’s in my home. Without that physical escape (with the exception of running outside), I’m also learning how to make the most of getting an effective workout within the confines of my living room. I’m also realizing how hard it is to self-motivate, as I’m so used to being told what to do (by a trainer/instructor) when I workout elsewhere. That’s why I reached out to you guys for suggestions!
Based on the feedback from my IG Stories, here’s an ongoing list of amazing at-home workouts to try out. I’m certainly inspired myself and can’t wait to get started on several of these, hoping a few end up becoming my new favorites & go-to’s that I’ll be able to keep up for the next month or two. Because let’s remember that once this is all over, it’ll be bikini season and I refuse to fall victim to the #Quarantine15.
