The holiday season and the events that surround it are always the most exciting to dress for – yes, I’m aware this is a bold statement to write out loud. Here’s my reason why: It’s the best time to make that lasting impression, literally. You’ll be hard to forget if you’re wearing a number you feel most proud in and trust me, the confidence WILL BE seen.

Since capes and the color navy are trending as per usual this time of year, why not combine the two into a holiday look that’s modest up top but sexy below the hemline? It’s also one of the most unique concepts to wear all season long. Here’s a thought to consider: If you arrive at a party wearing a cape coat that stands out more than what you’re wearing underneath, you’ll only be able to say hello & goodbye in it. That’s no fun.
