It’s taken me longer than necessary to jump on the blazer bandwagon but now that I’m here, there’s no chance of letting it go! Incorporating a blazer over any outfit instantly sophisticates it – from jeans to dresses & everything in-between. And especially for Spring, it’s the best lightweight outerwear layer solution once the temps get above 60 degrees F.

When considering staple blazers one should have in their wardrobe, one should be an oversized boyfriend fit in a neutral color. I personally always have a need for beige, black & white since they go with just about everything in my closet – color wise. However, this beige one might be my most-worn out of the several blazers I’ve acquired this Spring so far. It just goes with everything & fits so comfortably well while still appearing chic despite the purposeful looser fit.

Personally, I’d opt for the same white sneakers shown in the first look but a pair of simple white booties help to elevate it if you’re looking to do so. Funny enough, both the sneakers & booties in these two looks are the same ones I wore for my wedding! Another reason why going the comfortable route tends to be more evergreen of an investment.

But back to this Easter Outfit idea – as mentioned earlier, another staple blazer to consider owning is a structured long one. Again, a neutral solid color would serve you best in terms of wearability.
