The amount of shock I’m still in over this situation hasn’t subsided. Less than 48 hours ago, I was packing up every potential piece of worthy clothing and trucking it back from SC to NJ to attend a last minute event I was invited to yesterday morning. Long story short, Lucky Mag invited me & 14 other bloggers to attend their first #LUCKYINSTAMEET event at no other than Lincoln Center’s infamous location. In the meantime, this is what I wore & let me tell you, I’ve never seen more (positive) shock in people’s eyes when I told them I was in Forever 21. Nothing about my outfit is expensive, and that’s exactly what I wanted to showboat. My blog is about mixing highs & lows and making do with the budget I have. Don’t get me wrong, one day I dream to walk in well-deserved labels but for right now, I’m staying true to my immediate self. Fashion is accessible at any level.
