I hope everyone else had a better start to their Monday than I did! This morning was chaotic to the nth degree when I realized my domain expired and my site was completely down! AH every blogger’s nightmare, am I right!? My fault for not keeping better track of it but I have to say WPEngine couldn’t have been more helpful and saved my ass entirely! I couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided me over the year and therefore, giving them a shoutout that’s very deserved!

Leather & stripes somewhat remind me of Nascar, but this look isn’t typical of something you’d see at Indy 500. I’ve had this cape for a while now and finding an appropriate time to wear it has been a challenge – considering it went from 40 to 20 degrees in a day..

But for the days it’s more mild, as well as the upcoming spring season next year, a cape coat is a great alternative outerwear piece. Not to mention these leather pants have kept me ultra cozy this season as well – the insulation can’t be beat! And yes, these are faux and I’m still warm! YAY!
