On a day as moody as this one was, wearing a color palette of black, white and grey is inevitable. But here’s my thought on it – so long as there’s a form of texture, live it up all week long. These colors won’t be as acceptable as a winter uniform come spring, which is only two months away (yay!)

While you’re still tackling the cold, consider wearing a cocoon coat to bundle yourself up in. The fit is oversized in all the right places while allowing you to wear layer upon layer underneath and not change the original shape of the garment. No one has time to be cold AND lumpy in layers.
