There’s nothing like that empowering high-low dress that makes you feel ultra chic on a chilly Spring day.
Although the temps are rising, the cooler than necessary breezes still give me goosebumps that are no longer considered valid for an afternoon in the sun. Here’s what I’ve put together for a day that shines brightly & keeps you cool.
Pair any high-low dress or skirt/top combo with a corset belt right below the bust line. This allows for a faux waist that tends to be hidden or overshadowed by too much fabric of a straight-down dress or the changes in seam or piece color from skirt to top. If it’s chilly, go for the lightly colored and wearable infinity scarf rather than the sweater to keep the dress from being under wraps.
