Happy Tuesday my friends! I’ve been in the process of decluttering my closet in preparation for fall and it’s been quite exhausting! But I definitely want to start fresh by the end of this month and taking the time now to make room for all the newness that will slowly, but surely, be making its way into my wardrobe. However, I have to say I’m INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with my efforts to wear more color this season, as I’ve accumulated a rainbow collection of prints in all forms which currently resides in my existing closet wardrobe.
Prints have really drawn my eye recently and I’m loving the personality that comes with each piece of colorful expression. At first glance, this dress caught my attention with its original hues of blue and white, with sporadic spots and stripe detail in its display. But if you look closer, you’ll see that these “dots” mimic brush strokes along with a hint of tan/beige colors feathered subtly within the blue and white concept. Ultimately this dress takes on a whole new vision once these details are discovered, thus proving the concept that it’s all in the fine print.
Of course, I had to sport the latest pair of espadrille sneakers I’ve added to my collection – which is growing in the white/beige/canvas department by the day… The best part about these sneaks is the fact they’re by UGG Australia. I’m always blown away by the new styles that come out with each collection ever since it’s sheepskin & suede slippers & boots beginning. These espadrille-inspired sneaks are perfect for right now and to go into the fall with. Before we know it, it’ll be time to break out the boots! Shh I didn’t say that…besides I need to get all my suede pairs of Uggs restored before the season changes; winter is coming, unfortunately…
