Upon first glance of this flowy dress-turned-oversized blouse, thoughts of a bohemian summer came to mind and stirred a new excitement in me. It’s not that I would instantly turn away from something like this but it also wouldn’t have been a piece I would walk 10 blocks after work in search for either.
