At first glance, there’s a lot going on with this chosen ensemble. Then you have a double take moment and with a different set of eyes, a newfound opinion of approval strikes you with what you see in the mirror. Yes, this is entirely how my brain felt about this look compared to trying it on indoors versus shooting it outdoors.

With a paisley pattern as busy as this one, you want to match it up with a neutral to limit the stimulation of colors in many directions. Pulling colors from the romper’s canvas, both navy and a metallic blush acted as the links holding this look together.
