Three colors that always work well together: Red, White, & Black.
White enhances your tan, especially if you’re a brunette. I see this as my safety color, because I can always guarantee it will look and feel good on me, even when I have the biggest dilemma of outfit choices (we all have them from time to time.)
Black is sexy and sleek. Anything in black immediately slims you and makes you appear taller.
Red spices everything up. This fire hot color is extreme and vibrant, so less is always more if you’re incorporating it into an outfit via accessory.
What I have going on here is a collared sleeveless button down belted with patterned fringe-cuffed shorts and completed with a pair of sassy black stilettos. The core color of my outfit is white, followed by black as the secondary color via pattern & belt. Keeping in mind minimal red use will still pay off, a red handbag adds a visual vibrance to what would be a cute, but very basic outfit without its presence.
