This street is my FAVORITE to photograph during the Spring – any idea why!? I’m a sucker for cherry blossom trees and intend on planting at least 10 in my future yard and several along my driveway to recreate this effect. If only their blooms lasted as long as my admiration for them has for 26 years.

Last weekend, I attended a country club party in Connecticut and was so thrilled to have found this tuxedo boucle jacket just in time for it. As much as we wish for it to start actually feeling like Spring, it’s unfortunately still chilly out & even more so during the evening. Needless to say this jacket saved me from full-on shivering on Saturday night, while still looking like it was intended to be part of my overall ensemble.
