Breaking into September with the lightest forms of ribbed knitwear I have in my closet, because transitional dressing has officially begun! As I was searching for older pieces in my closet, I came across this ribbed striped midi from a year ago that I’ve always been fond of but strived for a “newer” way to wear it. Although it’s too warm out to officially start layering in sweaters, that doesn’t mean you can’t layer in short/sans sleeved tops!
Keeping material in mind I layered a similar fabric find over the stripes for some color/print contrast. This crop is another piece that too lacked in outfit appearance for the past year; so I’m happy to find use for two articles of clothing I knew to keep but suffered outfit block with up to now. Just call it a September “knit moment.”

oooo i love this look! I have a very similar striped midi dress from Zara and I always pair it with a sleeveless lightweight utility blouse over top but I never thought to pair it with a crop tank! LOVE!
