The 98% of laughter captured in these photos is due in part of my photographer making fun of my favorite booties…she said they looked like something Minnie Mouse would wear! I can’t disagree with her, they definitely have the petite and pointy style that would appeal to such an iconic mouse. But they remain my favorite. In fact, I’ve found myself wearing these booties more than I anticipated this season, successfully taking them from summer into the winter. Don’t worry, I made sure to get them in black as well – which have been perfect for evenings out this time of year. Ps, they also come in gold & rose gold metallics!

Another current favorite of mine is this sherpa jacket which is the epitome of cozy! I’m only wearing one layer underneath and felt quite comfortable in 45 F degree weather (keep in mind, I wasn’t spending x amount of hours outdoors in just these 2 layers) but for the moment of these shots, I was quite comfortable. I sized up in the jacket so I could wear a chunkier knitted sweater underneath & still be able to move my arms – I found it ran a little small & also tends to be a bit cropped in length.
