The words ‘August’ and ‘Autumn’ strike a similarity in my head, although the two are polar opposites on the season scale. But I think these pants help break the barrier between the month of humidity and the season of fall-inspired colors.
As a fellow Gamecock alum, the color orange was not something you wanted to sport on campus – due to our rival Clemson University. But orange is only one color in this print and it works in unison with the rest of the hues making up this pair of joggers. Therefore, any color within this realm can work above and below the waist and hem line. Plus, they’re chiffon and ultra breezy for this month’s heat waves. Once the climates change, I can transition these pants into my fall wardrobe with ease and suffer no buyer’s remorse for making use of them in the summer.
My tip for you ladies: Just because something looks season-specific right now doesn’t mean you have to wait until the temperature speaks for itself. In fact, if you love something in store and think about it for more than two days then go get it. You’ll only be sad when you go back a few weeks later to see that it’s no longer available.
