After one horrendous Christmas card five years ago, I swore off the color yellow. When I realized it was worth another shot, I was stalking Pinterest as per usual and saw the hue paired wonderfully with regular/faded wash denim. Thankfully I have some color on my skin this time around – in the card, I was so pale you would think I was ill – which definitely helped change my perception of it. Or maybe it was just luck this time around? Just like our tastebuds, opinions can in fact change when not exercised consistently. Shop similar below:

The yellow looks really good on you. I told my daughter 3 or 4 years ago that if she wanted to show off her tan then she needed to wear yellow and other somewhat neon looking colors. She borrowed my swimming suit that was mostly yellow and she knew I was right about the yellow when she looked in the mirror. She life guards and is really dark. You are dark as well and it looks great!!
