Happy first week of school in the South, where the season of summer will continue all throughout the months of September & October.

As eager as I am for fall to begin, I can’t say I’m angry about the warm weather. Therefore, with the remaining time of summer, I plan to utilize my summer & spring color pieces and accessories. A white tank top and searsucker shorts keep the summer vibe in check, but with the addition of a bright lime green scarf, the basic outfit becomes exciting. Put on a great pair of sunnies & brown neutral strap sandals and you’re set for the summer day, keeping the idea of fall in mind which is right around the corner.
