I’ve been in such a dressy mood recently, probably because I’ve found the best assortment of work-to-happy hour attire thanks to Banana Republic. If these temps are to remain in “summer mode” a little bit longer then I’m all for showing some leg…and one shoulder.

This particular number is a great transitional dress, weather-ly speaking. Even when the time comes to embrace a chill in the air, the durable cotton making up this gingham beauty is cozy enough to keep you comfortable. Plus, adding a jacket and swapping these ankle strap heels for a pair of boots will make for a great fall ensemble!
